• Where are your products made?

• What type of wood are your earrings made of?

-Birch

• What are your ear-wires made of?

-Our ear-wires are hypo-allergenic, great for sensitive ears! Silver-finished 304L stainless steel, hypoallergenic, and enhanced with a new, smooth and consistent electrophoretic coating that resists tarnishing

• How big are your earrings?

-Each earrings is unique in size, the size for each individual pair of earrings can be found in the listing for that specific pair under "description".

• How long will it take to receive my order?

-Retail - We process retail orders first thing in the morning and they usually ship within 24 hours. You will receive tracking upon shipment. Once shipped it usually arrives within 1-3 business days

-Wholesale - We process wholesale orders right away, but since everything is made to order, it is usually a 5-10 business day lead time until we ship your order. Once your order ships you will receive tracking. Once shipped it usually takes 1-5 days to arrive, depending on where you are located.

• Are your earrings heavy?
  -Our earrings are very light weight! Most even forget they are wearing them! :)

• Will the switch plate fit my light switch cover?

-Our switch plates are made for standard switch plate covers, so as long as it is standard (which most are) it will fit. :)

• Are the earrings and bracelets water-proof?

-Our earrings and bracelets are water-resistant, but not water-proof. They will not be effected if they are splashed with water, however you do not want to go swimming or take showers with them. Although many have washed them and swam with them and reported no issues, they are stained with a water-based dye so they may fade or run a bit.

• Do your earrings come carded?

-Yes! The earrings are all carded with 90% recycled material. Many of our customers compliment on our packaging!

• My earrings say "essential oil diffuser" on the card, how do I use them for that purpose?

-If you received a card that says "essential oil diffuser", the process we use for that style allows the back side of the earring to remain natural wood or bamboo (whichever you purchased), so you are able to use a couple drops of your favorite essential oil since the material is naturally absorbent! This works for any style that has a natural wood or bamboo back. If you are unsure if yours can be used, just ask us :)
