WHY WE CREATED THIS 
This line exists because of our son, Shawn.

His diagnosis changed everything. My wife was identified as a Fragile X carrier—then her four sisters, their grandmother, and nearly half of her twelve siblings. Everyone is now better informed about health risks and reproductive choices. 

 After giving away 15,000 Fragile X awareness earrings at tradeshows, in-person events, and throughout our community, we discovered something critical: there are so many people who should know about Fragile X, but don't.

Who should be aware:

 -- Anyone with a family history of autism 

-- Boys on the more severe end of the autism spectrum 

-- Girls with mild intellectual impairment or mild autism (they have two X chromosomes, so symptoms can be milder) 

-- Women with a family history of autoimmune disorders, anxiety disorders, or early menopause 

-- Older adults—especially men over 50—experiencing unexplained tremors, balance problems, or cognitive decline (often misdiagnosed as Parkinson's)
